You would never guess that this charming older home nestled amongst huge old growth trees is located just a few minutes’ walk from downtown Mt. Shasta. The property includes a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with detached garage, a covered carport and plenty of room to build your dream shop or possibly even an ADU. Recent upgrades include new electrical service, deck and hot tub. (Talk to the City of Mount Shasta regarding the potential to build an ADU).
